Hello people,
I realize you've probably given up on my blog... but it's summer and I thought this would be a good time to re-introduce myself to the cyber dimension.
My blog has had a face lift and probably will continue to be under constant change until I settle on a look.
Also, the content on this blog is going to include something new: fashion. I have recently taken an interest in fashion, so the blog will include fashion tips, looks, ideas and pretty much anything I can think of.
Upcoming posts: YouTube videos on books and fashion, movie reviews.
I realize I just might be writing to nobody, but I hope this generates some buzz.
My life isn't that crazy... Welcome to my blog and the semi-crazy life of moi!

It's FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDAY!!!!!!
hey everybody,
it's Good Friday and Earth Day!
so just wanted to wish happy Good Friday (to those who celebrate) and Earth Day!
Green Tip: Use a metal reusable bottle, instead of plastic.
*plus* it's FRIIIIIIIIIIDAY and I just wanted to give you the link for the true meaning behind the "Friday" lyrics.
so happy FRIIIIIIIIIIIDAY!

phantom of the opera soundtrack PLUS I am Number 4 & Rango
okay let's face it... I'm about to let the whole world know: I am a dork...
why am I dork because today I randomly had "Masquerade" from Phantom of the Opera stuck in my head. when I got home I immediately blasted it from my speakers (I know what your thinking, "how can phantom of the opera be blasted???" but take my word for it-it can).
okay aside from my extremely weird obsession with Phantom, I saw "Rango" yesterday, it was good; and it had a lot of heart, a good message, and Johnny Depp who is fantastic.
um... I don't really have anything other to say about this movie, it was good.
alright "I am Number Four":
the movie was slightly different from the book, but when isn't it?
the graphics were good, the acting was excellent (um... Alex Pettyfer, anyone?) and the plot was fresh and different.
okay well that it's for now...

alt-history, Justin Bieber, and The Script
Okay I realize it's been a while... but look I included a book rec and movie review! (that makes up for me not posting in a month right??? No, not really... anybody, anbody? Bueler, Bueler?)
Alrightee then let's get started, so recently I have been hooked on YA (young adult) sci-fi and alternate history which if you don't know what that is click here...
Here a few of my favorite titles:
Leviathan/ Scott Westerfeld(this is actually a trilogy, the final book will be released Fall '11)
Boneshaker/ Cherie Priest
Across the Universe/ Beth Revis
On a completely different note, I'm not going to lie to you people the last movie I saw was Justin Bieber: Never Say Never (3D). Okay here's the deal with me and good, ol' JB: I like his music, I think he has a great personality.... BUT I wouldn't die on the spot if I spotted him, UNLIKE pretty much every fan in the movie. So if you want to watch an hour and half of girls screaming Justin Bieber's name this movie is for you, but if your not the kind of person that can stand 3 million girls screaming and crying Justin Bieber's name I would NOT recommend you go watch this movie. Or you can be like me and pretend to be a crazed Justin Bieber fan, it's pretty fun ;) From a critical point of view this movie was pretty good, it was actually pretty informative, (well duh, it's a documentary on his life) and I learned a lot about JB. Here is one of the things I discovered Justin Bieber can do from watching his movie: click here.
Well that's all for now! but before I go just want to say you should give a listen to "the script" any song by them... or all of them!

hurrah for public holidays!!!
today is a public holiday, they make mondays so much more appealing
so I am declaring that all mondays become part of the weekend... so there will be no more "i hate monday" t-shirts/mugs/etc.
then maybe monday wouldn't feel so bad about itself and people wouldn't hate it so much.
i mean what did monday ever do to anybody besides being the start of the week...
i'm just saying

does anybody read this???
so... I'm beginning to wonder if anyone reads what I post because I personally find them very fascinating (not that I'm biased or anything)
Okay so I'm starting a new thing called "the seven" were I list seven things that I love for that week, I'm going to try and post every Sunday so there should be something to read every week.
Here is the first one:
1. Drawing cartoon birds
2. Sarah Dessen novels
3. Writing in journals
4. Lola by Marc Jacobs
5. make-up
6. Chick-flicks
7. Staying up until midnight, and feeling like your the only one in the world awake.
less than three
P.S. Some book suggestions: Jane/April Linder, Stolen/Lucy Christopher, Boys, Girls, & Other Hazardous Materials/Rosalind Wiseman

happy new year!
Happy New Year!
So I was thinking since it is a New Year and what not, I should probably re-do C'est la Vie.
I promise more posts, book rec., and movie reviews are coming SOON!
May all your hopes, dreams, and wishes come true this year!
less than three
I just had to throw this in somewhere:
"To live is the greatest thing in the world. Most people just exist, that is all."
-Oscar Wilde
